Rambles of a Hellion

So on Saturday evening, we went to this sushi place for dinner. Waiting in line was the best part. First Chelsea, our Tavros, met one of the Summoners running around and we all had a fun time talking to her. No idea what her name is, but she’s adorable. But the best part was a few minutes later when we spotted a Darkleer inside. The walls were all glass so you could see everyone in the place. Along with the Darkleer was a Psionic, Disciple, and a Signless. 

I kind of flipped my shit when I saw the Signless and fangirled for a few minutes until I finally made eye contact and proceeded to hop up and down and wave enthusiastically. They came outside a minute later and I was able to get a hug from the Signless. They were all fabulous, but oh man, that Signless was so awesome! Lovely cosplay, and the teeth were amazing! After they left it took a few minutes for me to actually calm down and stop the giggle fits. 

orz. It was a little embarrassing, but definitely hilarious in hindsight. Any Signless to me is like a rock star, pretty much. And this one was perfect. Oh geez.

I think I was just so bummed that by the time they got around to the all-ancestor part of the photoshoot earlier that day, both the GHB and Signless weren’t there anymore. I’d been given this really nice yellow flower before the shoot, and was going to offer it to the Signless when they called us all up, but that plan obviously didn’t pan out. Too bad I didn’t have the flower when I went to the sushi place. Aw well. 

And my one regret of Sakura Con was not approaching the fabulous Grand Highblood with the blood-stained club. I should have just gone up and said hi, or borrowed one of my friends’ cameras and asked for a picture with GHB. It was just so perfect it was intimidating. I meant to seek them out for a picture after the huge photoshoot on Saturday, but I couldn’t find them, so I just gave up. I need to stop being shy when it comes to Grand Highbloods, or any of the ancestors, really.
